  • Coaching will take place via Zoom, unless telephone is preferred. Please use the Zoom link included in your appointment confirmation email.

    Sessions typically last 60 minutes. We begin with a short opening meditation and check in before diving deeper into the coaching process.

    You will receive resources, meditations and exercises to use between sessions that will support you in achieving your goals.

    Each session is part of a larger coaching plan that we make together during your first session. For all coaching plans, we meet every two weeks. This keeps us focused and on track to achieving your goals.

  • All packages include 2 sessions per month + the Monthly Meditation.

    1 month: $170/session

    3 Months: $165/Session

    6 months : $160/Session

    12 months: $155/session

    Single Session: $175/Session

    Packages are payable in full or installments.

  • Coaching is not therapy. The goal of coaching is to support your personal development and support you in the achievement of your goals and aspirations.

    Katy is not qualified to render medical or psychiatric diagnoses or treatment. If you are struggling with depression, substance abuse, other addictions, or any other behavior that may affect your safety or the safety of someone else, consult a qualified professional for treatment immediately. I am happy to provide you with a list of referrals. I also may reach out to your emergency contact if you experience a medical event on our call.

  • I use my professional expertise as a certified coach to listen, ask questions, reflect what I have heard, and offer you resources, strategies, and tools for consideration.

    Together we will create a relationship of rapport and trust that enables you to clarify your thinking, experiment with new ideas, and work out how best to achieve your goals and aspirations.
