DIamond Mind: Reset and Rewire

9 week soul-centered coaching Program to help you reset and rewire

Our work together will draw from various wells of wisdom including:

  • Jungian coaching, archetypes, dreamwork and visualization.

  • Nervous system care, Polyvagal Theory and breathwork.

  • Neuroscience and Mental Fitness based on the work of Shirzad Chamine and Positive Intelligence Theory, with access to a specialized app to help you rewire your mind and a build new habits with ease.

  • Mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation skills that support your body, mind, heart and spirit.

  • The mystical world of ritual, dream work and quantum consciousness.

  • Traditional coaching methods such as curious inquiry, conversation and self-reflection.


Week 1: Who are you?
Establishing your goals and priorities, Myer’s Briggs Personality Typing, Meeting/Connecting with your higher self, and a ritual for calling in blessings.

Week 2: Soothing the nerves
Nervous system support and care. Special focus is paid to the Vagus nerve, also know as the “Soul Nerve,” or “Wandering Nerve.” Each week for the duration of the program we will practice new techniques for nervous system support and care.

Week 3: Ignite and Rewire
Begin the process of rewiring your mind to break free of self-sabotage, and increase your mind’s powers of empathy, creativity, innovation, focus, clarity and productivity. We work the Positive Intelligence App to support this process, offering you reminded to engage in daily bite sized meditations several times a day. You will have free access to the app for 6 weeks as part of this program.

Week 4: Saboteurs
Meet your Saboteurs and learn how to begin rewiring the neural pathways in your mind that contribute to self sabotaging behavior. Engage with shadow work and a guided meditation to deepen your self-compassion and understanding.

Week 5: The Gold in the Dirt
Our self-sabotage holds within it, the key to our greatest gifts and talents. Learn how to reclaim your inherent gifts and talents and apply them in the right areas. Explore the shadow rooms of your mind to find or reclaim gifts and abilities just waiting to be accessed and expressed.

Week 6: Self as Sage
Connect more deeply with your highest and most authentic self— your inner Sage. Make contact with your true self’s goals and desires, explore future versions of yourself through meditation and visualization. Journaling and free writing exercises to deepen your connection with, and understanding of, your true self.

Week 7: Liberating the Sage
Examine and transform the ways that your family’s rules and culture may have impacted your ability to live as an embodied version of your highest self. Engage in family shadow work and learn an at-home cord-cutting ritual.

Week 8: As Above, So Below, As Within, So Without
Begin to dream into being a new way of living. Consult your wisest self to guide you in the process of dreaming up the next steps in actualizing your goals and dreams. Access universal wisdom through a shamanic journeying ritual.

Week 9: Where We Are Witnessed, There is No Going Back
Putting all of the pieces together, exploring your legacy, taking action steps, connecting with the earth as a source of power, support, guidance and healing.

Mondays:

Tuesdays:
12:00pm - 1:00pm PST: Weekly Group Coaching Topic and Experience
1:00pm - 1:30pm PST: Q&A

Recordings:
Meetings will be recorded for those who cannot attend. 

Technological Requirements: You need a working computer or device to attend the coaching sessions and access the Positive Intelligence App. There will also be a WhatsApp community for you to join and connect with others in the course, which is typically accessed via a smartphone. 

Financial Exchange:

  1. Single payment of $975

  2. Two payments of: $487.50

  3. Four monthly payments of $243.75

Contraindications:
This course is not therapy and Katy is not a mental health care provider.  This is a guided coaching program to support you in learning new skills and techniques. You are responsible for sourcing yourself with appropriate physical and mental health care. You are responsible for checking with your health care providers if you have any concerns about your physical or mental health and whether or not this is the right program for you. 

This course is for folks who wish to actively engage in the exercises and rituals, and not ideal for those who want to avoid change and transformation in their lives.
