Short & Sweet Weekly Reset

A short and sweet, Monday reset to start your week off in a centered and balanced way.

  1. What’s it like? Half an hour of grounding meditation and soothing and regulating nervous system exercises. Refer back to the meditation and exercises throughout the week to help keep you centered, grounded and on-track.

    Techniques are sourced from polyvagal theory, neural repatterning, mindfulness, somatic healing, heart math, positive intelligence and more.


  2. When: Mondays, 12:00pm - 12:30pm PST on Zoom. Meetings are recorded for those who can’t make it live.


  3. Listen to the recording throughout the week: The video and audio recordings will be made available to you within 24 hours. You can listen to the recording as many times as you like.
     

  4. Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites to join. There is a brief introductory video that I recommend you view that explains the benefits and foundational concepts of mindfulness, meditation, polyvagal theory, neural repatterning, and more.


  5. Exchange: $40 monthly subscription, cancel at any time.
